<P>Now that the national voting is over it is time to get serious about the ATHEN annual meeting at Accessing Higher Ground. Please review the proposed changes to the organizations bylaws and be prepared to discuss and vote upon them at the annual meeting.</P>

<P>The annual meeting will take place at the Accessing higher Ground conference on Thursday, November 13 at 6:30 PM. The specific room location will be announced later but it will be in the hotel where the conference takes place.</P>
