this morning, so as of yet, don't have all the specifics of what we'll be
dealing with but here's what I know so far:</span><o:p></o:p></p>

color:blue'>The system in question is a Lenovo Thinkpad T400 with 4 gigs of
ram, running the 32 bit version of Vista Enterprise and </span><span
style='color:black'>Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 10. The user
is reporting that is microphone works. he is able to record sounds in
sound recorder and even complete the Dragon training; However, he is unable to
dictate into applications such as Word and Outlook.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
