our Banner system. We have had minimal complaints, most of which have been
dealt with at this point. One thing we ran into in the very beginning was a
problem with password retrieval. You couldn’t log into your account because you
couldn’t remember your password, and when you asked to retrieve it it would
send the instructions to the email box that was locked out in the first place!
Had to make some changes to accommodate that.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
