systems.  They tend to be pretty unobtrusive and can be used for one on
one conversation or for larger group interactions with the use of different
forms of microphones.  You should check to see if the school already has
some, since they are very common on many campuses.   My preference is
for the Phonic Ear equipment based on cost and durability but ASHA also

AS per our discussion, I am hearing impaired and need to amplify the sound
of some of my clients during my internship in counseling at my internship site.
I am seeking the name and the description of a small discreet microphone which
projects the sound amplified to use with counseling clients in a room. It would
be a mic/speaker kind of thing. Then I would try to get the school to buy one
so I can borrow it and try it. It might work great in my classes as well
instead of CPrint and transcription services as well.<br>
