Unfortunately, I have just been elected as the President of American Council of the Blind of NY. It is going to be an incredible amount of work. With this in mind, I cannot in good conscience take on a position to which I cannot devote the time that I should. The VP position deserves someone who could do a fabulous job. I believe that Gaeir and Teresa are both excellent candidates.
