This can be helpful for users who need a backup in case their main magnification software crashes or doesn’t load or for users who only need occasional spot magnification. Often people/offices have an old Microsoft USB mouse with a scroll wheel sitting in the closet from a previous computer that can be used to make this solution a free one. Once the driver is installed you just assign the Magnify feature to the scroll wheel button (pressing the scroll wheel in, which most people aren’t using for something else).
