As far as I know GNOME ( <a href="http://live.gnome.org/UnixPowerForDesktop">http://live.gnome.org/UnixPowerForDesktop</a>) is still the only accessible GUI for both UNIX and Linux and Orca is the screen reader for this environment. Orca was developed by SUN so I don't know what the state of the art of it is now since SUN was purchased by Oracle. It worked really well when I used it. We did a great deal of work on it to make X11 environments accessible to blind users.<div>

Orca is the main screen reader for Linux. You just bring up a terminal<br>
window and type the command "orca".<br>
<br>
WebEx has issues with JAWS. The accessibility is all achieved through<br>
keyboard shortcuts, and fully navigating everything in the UI is<br>
extremely difficult if not impossible for some things.<br>
