I have had remote captioners say they don't like using Collaborate's<br>
captioning window because of reliability issues and they prefer to use<br>
their own tools. This is true for other products' captioning features<br>
as well. In this case the captioner would provide the captions in a<br>
browser window, so the user would have to have two windows open. This<br>
works, but it makes keeping the captions with a recording difficult. I<br>
don't believe Collaborate will allow you to import a synchronized<br>
transcript into a recording.<br>
