<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I am not aware of any system that will change the voice of a recorded MP3 file. You would have to regenerate the MP3 with the different voice. Of course, some systems will allow you to adjust the speed and
pitch, but not the actual voice. If anybody is aware of something different, I’d like to know about it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
