<p class="MsoNormal"> One of our developers on campus uses Canvas to develop and deploy courses for online education. As she was trying to use HTML5 semantic tags to develop her outline courses, Canvas being primarily XHTML is stripping the HTML5
tags. Has anyone had similar experiences? If so, do you have any suggestions on incorporating accessibility features in Canvas (e.g. use of ARIA, etc.), such that even when Canvas shifts to HTML5 in the future, the content can still be accessible or easily
converted to align according to HTML5 accessibility requirements.<o:p></o:p></p>
