<p class="MsoPlainText">If you have MS Word 2007 or later, open the XML file associated with the desired book. Then choose the Save As option from the File Menu and save the document as a text or PDF file.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">Option 2:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">The first step is to rename the XML file with an HTML file extension. To do this:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">2. Choose the Rename option<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">3. Change the XML file extension to HTML<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">4. Answer Yes when prompted with the warning<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Note that if your PC doesn't show file extensions, turn off "hide file extensions for known file types" in Folder Options.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">To copy the text into a text editor:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">1. Open the newly renamed HTML file in your web browser<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">2. Press Control + A to highlight the text<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">3. Press Control + C to copy<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">4. Open your desired text editor application such as Microsoft Word<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">5. Press Control + V to paste<o:p></o:p></p>

to try everything. Who am I to argue? At least it is summer and we all have some time to putter around with things. The student has been great to work with, and those are the kind I like to go the extra mile for.<o:p></o:p></p>
