 One lone faculty member was not; he was using a website building tool, but strictly in WYSIWYG mode – he didn’t have any understanding of the HTML or other code behind his site.  It would make some aspects of my professional life easier if faculty were authoring
 HTML, but I’m not finding that many faculty have that knowledge, skill, or interest.
