The checklist would be filled out by students, either with our assistance or not, and help us consider what assistive technology, if any, could help the student. Just so you have an idea of what I’m talking about, so far I have found Marlene McIntosh’s: http://www.cacuss.ca/_Library/Resources/Checklist_for_Assistive_Technology.pdf (Which looks amazing to me!
