<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have a Word document with equations that the instructor put in. We’ve been able to use the Math Type converter to convert to Math Type equations in the past, but this time it is giving us an error. We are using a different machine since
the other decided to take a few days sick leave.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The error we are getting says Equation is not installed on the computer. Can anybody tell me exactly what Equation is and why it isn’t on this machine when it was on the other one? I certainly do not remember installing Equation on the
other machine.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’m pretty sure the instructor uses the Word Equation Editor to create his content.</p>
