<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Our admissions department is sending out emails using the mail merge feature in Microsoft Word with the merged letters being “Sent to Email”. The document has a separate graphic
for the header and footer with text imbedded in the graphic. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I can add alt text to the images when I create the document in Word, but when I perform the mail merge and send the merged documents to email, the alt text appears to get lost.
Am I missing something? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
