I don't think just mapping the styles in InDesign is sufficient to obtain the bookmarks without another step.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">In the conversion from MS Word, this is a separate setting that will allow headings to also create bookmarks.
