We LOVE AIM, the capabilities which are included, frequent updates with new-and-improved versions, as well as great tech support! Our admin staff have access from outside of the campus network and we've all used various tech to access it. We've used laptops, Macs, iPads, Android and iOS phones - no problems. AIM is web-based. <br><br>By the way, AIM was actually developed by Haris Gunadi, and while he and Ron both were at OSU at the same time, not by Ron.
