 granted for two years, not exemptions.  We started issuing these in 2013, and have noticed some vendor improvements (certainly not all there yet…) as we have been processing exception renewals.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

 business machines where a good example. Vendors claimed their devices where "ADA compliant" but the input tray was just barely reachable from a chair, and the scanner plate lid weighed to much. <o:p></o:p></p>
