<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="#44546a" face="Calibri"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#44546A">I just reviewed a batch of library subscriptions. The good news is that venders are aware of accessibility and working toward accessible materials.
Most of the search interfaces are accessible. The most accessible subscriptions offer an HTML of the text of articles and/or a searchable PDF. The difficulty I have run into are the subscriptions to old content with images that are not clear to begin with
because of age. One vender did offer to OCR the articles upon request. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
