<p class="MsoNormal">The problem is not Voiceover.  It is D2L.  The student needs to save the file out, and then open it in Word and read it.<br>

D2L frame setup will keep a lot of things from reading inside it.  It's best to download and open from the right application (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).<br>
