<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I’d test CommonLook’s Office Global Access, It’s a plug in for Word and PowerPoint. I also suggest you train the people using Word on the proper way to format Word docs for PDF. It’s important to point out that
we’re talking about a new PDF from a new (hopefully) Word doc. If you we were discussing remediating legacy PDFs, then this would be a whole different conversation. They may try and sell you a process called CommonLook Campus 101, but I can’t speak to that.
They say they developed it with the CSU system, so maybe someone from there could chime in. If these are older Word docs, I’d consider ensuring that they are formatted for best PDF conversion.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
