<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">50% Graduate Admin Associate on my team<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">1 Accessibility Analyst within our CIO’s Office.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">50%FTE Sr. Instructional Designer in our Distance Education team<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">1 client Engineer serving as our AT Coordinator in Disability Services<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I think that is light, and we are hoping to add 2 FTEs over the next 2-3 months.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Staffing is only one part of the picture, though; we have a very strong ADA Coordinator / compliance officer who has the ability to make things stick and that is key. Our CIO has also been very supportive, and
that has made his teams supportive as well.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Individual people usually want to do the right thing but real, sustainable change has to be supported from the top down. You can only get so much done via grassroots methods.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
