It is a Google glass or some other glasses that connects through the smart phone to a specially-trained agent. There are students who are blind on the Indianapolis campus who use Aira to get around construction, read handouts, and go shopping. There is a special fee for universities. I believe all the students get unlimited access. Agents are currently available 18 hours a day to US and Canadian residents.
