<div dir="ltr">Hello<div> Is the shared drive a physical drive (e.g. an external hard drive). In most cases, a shared drive would be something that is connected to multiple computers over the network. If it is a shared network drive it is the cloud. Unless the drive is physically hooked up to a computer, it has the same potential risks as any network device. <p class="MsoNormal">HI all, I have a staff member on campus who has a personal Livescribe 3 pen and a work Livescribe 3 pen. She wanted to know if there was a way to synch the pen to her work computer, to her University shared drive, but not to the Cloud
due to security reasons. She has her personal pen synched to the Cloud, but is concerned to synch her work pen to the could because of the sensitive nature of her job (she’s a victim advocate) and doesn’t want notes from meetings on the Cloud.
