Adobe is also a mud brick used in native southwest architecture.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Several possible solutions:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>It sounds like there might be a problem with the drivers that communicate between the scanner and Acrobat. So to diagnose this, you can do the following:<o:p></o:p></p><ol style='margin-top:0in' start=1 type=1><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-top:6.0pt;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Get the manual or set up instructions for that new shiny scanner.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-top:6.0pt;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Read them.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-top:6.0pt;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Reinstall the scanner’s software as directed in the instructions.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-top:6.0pt;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>You might need to update the scanner drivers, too. Visit the scanner manufacturer’s website and download/install any updates.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-top:6.0pt;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Check which version of Adobe Acrobat is being used. If it’s the copy that came with the scanner, it could be a “lite” version or be out of date. If your college has a full license of Acrobat Pro DC you can use, I recommend using that instead of what came free with the scanner. <o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-top:6.0pt;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>To reinstall a fresh copy of Adobe Acrobat, you first have to <u>un</u>install the previous version, and then shut down and reboot your computer.
