 access for students with disabilities. I would agree with Rachel that a faculty member would have to make a case as to whether use of a laptop fundamental alters the course before a laptop isn't allowed. I don't see how these studies could be applied in such
 a manner as to deem the laptop to fundamental alter the course.<o:p></o:p></p>
