On Windows, I like Edge, which is the default reader for epub on that OS. There are some accessibility issues with screen readers, but the features for persons with learning differences is terrific. You can also “side load” a title in to VitalSource, Stay away from Digital Editions, which is horrible. On IOS, Apple Books, was iBooks works well, and there are many more.
