<p class="MsoNormal">The instructor is teaching a fully online geography class. He has map quizzes in each module. The student must look at a state map with no identifying information except the outlines of all of the counties and identify the highlighted county.
 I’ve got it nailed down on color contrast/texture for the highlighted counties, but what about making this assessment accessible to a student who is blind?
