<p class="MsoNormal">Another question as week 2 of the semester comes to an end.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have a student that was loaned an Echo Live Scribe pen. She downloaded the Echo desktop and synched her pen to it. When she went to write in a notebook, then pen said she needed to do an update, but the Echo desktop said she had the most
current update when the pen was plugged in. I attempted to do an update, but the pen said it had all current updates. So, I loaned her a different pen so I can look closer to the former pen for issues. I just received an email from the student saying the
Echo desktop is not letting her register her new pen. She deleted and downloaded the desktop, but the pen is still telling her that the pen is not authorized with her desktop.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone experienced this, if so any suggestions on how I can get the student up and running with the Live Scribe pen?<o:p></o:p></p>
