<p class="MsoNormal">I offered to ask Microsoft about this ability at the last call as both Zoom and Webex have APIs for assisting on this. I had a few false starts until I reached out to the Microsoft disability services help desk. They were very responsive.<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">They confirmed I was not the first to ask, especially since the pandemic started. And it is under investigation by engineering. They normally recommend the built in ASR live captioning but noted “ If you would still want to leverage CART/human-generated
 captions, you can invite a captioner to the meeting, and they’d be able to caption into a separate window.” I asked for an example and the reply was “this is typically provided by a captioning service. A group I have worked with in the past leverages the
<a href="https://streamtext.net/" target="_blank"><span style="color:#0563c1">StreamText</span></a> web interface. “<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">To me this is a work around, but I thought I would share. And likely there are other ways as well.<u></u><u></u></p>
