<p class="MsoNormal">I still find TextAloud to be the best for recording MP3 since you can vary the pause for punctuation etc. Balabolka is okay, but you will not get the flexibility and the batch conveniences offered by TextAloud.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">My offices uses Read & Write by TextHelp which has an MP3 conversion feature, but I don’t think there is a free version of this program. The last time I used Natural Reader it didn’t offer MP3 conversion,
but that was 5-6 years ago so that may have changed. In the past, I’ve used Balabolka as a free option for MP3 conversion and it worked well.
