<p class="MsoNormal">We have a couple of employees at the University of Arizona who are using CapTel phones and also need the ability to transfer calls. Unfortunately, the CapTel phones are more for home use and don’t include this ability. The Hamilton CapTel
solution for business would work except our phone system isn’t part of a Cisco platform as of this year. I was thinking of using Web CapTel with our phone system but the user stated that they’ve used this before and it wasn’t reliable.
