<p class="MsoNormal">I’m back to the drawing board. I know I asked about Zoom Events versus WebEx last June; I received very few responses. I have to do market research on user experiences (e.g., screen reader or keyboard users) with Zoom or WebEx and may request
an exception. There is very little information out in the wild about WebEx accessibility experiences or opinions; WebEx has been around since 1995. There is plenty of information comparing Zoom and WebEx regarding usability, costs, services, etc., and Zoom
always wins at the end of the process. Most people favor Zoom for better usability (user-friendly, intuition) and accessibility.
