Churchill Scholarship <https://www.churchillscholarship.org/index.html> :
June 21 deadline to apply for UW nomination

Funding for 1 year at Cambridge for those preparing for careers in research.

* The Churchill Scholarship provides funding to American students for
a year of Master's study at the University of Cambridge, based at Churchill
College. Open to rising seniors and alums who graduated within the last year
who are interested in either taking classes or engaging in research at
Cambridge in 2023-24.
* Churchill Scholarships cover all university and college fees, a
living allowance, travel allowance, and possibility of additional research
funding.
* UW nomination is required to apply. Apply for UW nomination to the
Churchill Scholarship (and several other similar scholarships supporting UK
studies) by June 21 at https://expo.uw.edu/expo/apply/663.

Quad Fellowships: <https://www.quadfellowship.org/> June 30 deadline to
apply

$50,000 in grad school funding for those seeking to become science and
technology experts committed to advancing innovation and collaboration in
the private, public, and academic sectors.

* A brand new scholarship supporting 100 exceptional American,
Japanese, Australian, and Indian master's and doctoral students in science,
technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields to study in the
United States.
* Each Quad Fellow will receive a one-time award of $50,000 which can
be used for tuition, research, fees, books, room and board, and related
academic expenses (e.g., registration fees, research-related travel).
* Eligible applicants include those who will receive a bachelor's
degree by at least August 2023 and plan to start grad studies in fall 2023.
Applicants who will start their graduate studies before fall 2023 are also
eligible to apply as long as they will still be enrolled in a grad program
during 2023-24.

There are many other similar scholarships out there as well, and now is a
good time to be starting on planning for 2023-24. I'm available to answer
questions and meet with undergraduate students and alumni who might be
interested in exploring their options within these or other scholarships.
