[Biostudent] Professions Education Program Application is open!

Good afternoon,



Thank you for your partnership in introducing the Summer Health Professions Education  Program to your freshman and sophomore students who are interested in health careers. The application for this program opened on November 1 and closes on February 5.



There are a few changes that will take place this year.

  *   Students will be provided a $1000 stipend for participating in this 6 week summer program
  *   Students will also be given an extra $100/per week during virtual weeks of the program
  *   The University of Washington site will be offering a 4 weeks virtual and 2 weeks in person program.  See national website to determine modality offered by other programs.





Please share widely with those who work with students interested in the health professions including clubs and organizations.

We are also willing to present to student organizations, classes, etc. We have 2 enthusiastic ambassadors who were chosen by the national program and are willing to present and share their experiences -Arian and Natally. Feel free to request them.
