Counseling Center updates

Happy Monday!

As we approach the end of Spring Quarter, this is/can be a stressful time.  If students need to see a counselor, the Counseling Center is available.  Currently, we have openings this week for new clients. Students can schedule online<https://wellbeing.uw.edu/mental-health/one-on-one-support/> or call 206-543-1240.

Of course, Husky Helpline<https://wellbeing.uw.edu/huskyhelpline/> is available for same-day consultation with a counselor, 24/7.

This Wednesday, we have a Connecting Mindfully with Nature<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.instagram.com/p/C69H4DgBWc6/?hl=en__;!!K-Hz7m0Vt54!kLvyC7nvHae8Md7UOG5ieL-d6ryFx967fiJhhL0GdKoeM4zxiQdXtnJJ9hCVqRKNx89-cMACQ-4ogt8Vxt3JwOhLPMS0hBsP$> workshop at 1pm.

Last but not least, today is the last day to apply for the 2024-25 Counseling Center Advisory Board<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.instagram.com/p/C6rNXM3yhlP/?hl=en__;!!K-Hz7m0Vt54!kLvyC7nvHae8Md7UOG5ieL-d6ryFx967fiJhhL0GdKoeM4zxiQdXtnJJ9hCVqRKNx89-cMACQ-4ogt8Vxt3JwOhLPPkQxFcd$>.
