<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I was able to compile the program and run the DHSVM on the former Springbrook Creek dataset. I was wondering if there is any way to validate my output to check if the program ran the inputs correctly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Lastly, all the scripts written for the program seems to have used a CSH/SCSH shell rather than Bash. I currently am using Ubuntu as my environment and normally run bash, and am wondering if that would cause
