            fluctuated a lot and
            had a large range of changes, while the simulation runoff
            had fewer fluctuations
            and a small range of changes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The simulation runoff
            fit well with the
            trend of precipitation data, but not well with the
            observation runoff, especially
            in August.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

        I have certainly seen much worse results than that! I would
        start with <br>
        your climate forcings and soil parameter values. Are you using

        data for climate?<br>
