[eOutage] Amazon Web Services (AWS) Reported Outage

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology is aware of an Amazon Web Services (AWS)
   outage that occurred between 10:00 AM and 10:34 AM PDT. UW-IT has
   identified that there were impacted services, including but not limited
   to MyPlan, Audits in EARS, Audit in MyGrad, and Integrated Service
   Center (ISC) phones.

   AWS has resolved their incident, we do not expect any further updates
   from AWS. UW-IT service teams are continuing to monitor this incident
   to determine if there were additional impacts.
