Not all users are currently affected, but those that are seemed to be unable to access the services using any client. The outage has also disrupted automated Teams provisioning, so there will be a delay in processing Team creation requests until the outage is resolved. Microsoft has identified the cause of the issue and is working to redirect traffic to healthy systems and restore the unhealthy systems. Next update expected at 10pm 7/20/2022.
