DUO Mobile “Call Me” Error

UW Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting the âCall Meâ
feature on DUO Mobile that began 1:00PM on 10/6/2022.

The âCall Meâ feature on DUO Mobile was not functioning. UW-IT is aware
of the issue and has actively responded. Engineers have found a
resolution.

No further updates are expected.
.
Some users may encounter a 10 minute lock out from having tried
repeatedly during the period of time when âcall meâ was not working.
There is no workaround for this lock out.
