[eOutage] UPDATE: Suspend use of Microsoft Encryption Labels

UW-IT is continuing to investigate changes to the Microsoft suite of
services, which has impacted the way messages are encrypted in UW
Office 365 on 10/10/2022
.
UW-IT continues to recommend suspending use of Encryption labels in
Microsoft Office 365. Examples are: Encrypt-only, Do Not Forward,
Confidential - All UW, and Highly Confidential -All UW and Sensitivity
labels (such as Normal, Personal, Private, and Confidential) as it may
result in emails being sent unencrypted.

Microsoft Encryption is not functioning as designed. UW-IT: is aware of
the incident and actively responding and Engineers are working on a
resolution.
