[eOutage] UPDATE: Sites Slow to Load / Multiple Hosts

   UW Information Technology is aware of a(n) eOutage issue with Multiple
   Sites Loading slowing or down that began at approximately 06:15am
   10/19/22. This is affecting Multiple Hosts / Sites. UW-IT Engineers are
   investigating.
   There is currently no information as to when access to service will be
   restored. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
