[eOutage] MyPlan - unable to search courses and register

UW Information Technology is aware of an issue with MyPlan course
search and registration that began at approximately 1:00 pm on
04/01/2023. Engineers are actively investigating. In the meantime,
please try to register for courses (if you know the SNL):
