[eOutage] UPDATE: Issue Accessing Microsoft Office 365 apps and services

UW Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting Microsoft 365
apps and services that began at approximately 7:45am on 04/20/23.
.
Users are reporting significant slowness and general inability to
access Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Outlook, Sharepoint
Online, and Teams. UW-IT is aware of the incident and actively
monitoring for resolution by Microsoft.

An update from Microsoft states that although the Microsoft 365 apps
may not render, users can still access the applications directly
through the URL. Some examples of these include:
Microsoft 365 Admin Center - admin.microsoft.com
Outlook - outlook.office.com
Microsoft Teams - teams.microsoft.com
Word Online - microsoft365.com/launch/word
Excel Online - microsoft365.com/launch/excel
