Resolution was completed at 2:00pm on 1/10/23. If you continue to have trouble accessing any UW web applications, you may need to quit and restart your browser to refresh your session. . Requests to the UW Groups web service were failing to return expected results due to an expired internal certificate within the Groups system. A renewed certificate was put in place and service components were restarted, which restored service. . Some applications known to have been impacted are MyUW, Canvas, Panopto, Husky OnNet, Zoom, eSignatures, and Document Management.
