Users are reporting issues trying to reach campus phone lines using non-campus phones. Currently identified 543 and 616 numbers. The issues are described as "one-way outbound audio,"; callers can hear UW phone service users, but UW phone service users cannot hear callers. UW-IT Telecom engineers are aware of the incident and actively responding. . The issue seems to have resolved on its own but we are actively monitoring for telecom stability. Next update will be provided at 5:30 pm. . The only known workaround at this time is to call using a campus phone. .
