[eOutage] UPDATE: Workday unavailable

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology is continuing to monitor an issue affecting
   Workday that began at approximately 5:30 AM on 11/2/2023, due to a
   power outage at their data center in Oregon.
   .
   Workday has stated that they have now restored power, and are
   continuing to work to bring up their customers' tenants.
   .
   Workday has let us know that they will provide their next update at
   approximately 5 PM.
   .
   UW-IT will provide an update by 5:30 PM unless we learn more sooner.
