[eOutage] Problems with Registration/MyPlan

UW Information Technology is aware of an issue that began at
approximately 6:05 am on 11/15/2022. This is affecting
registration(MyPlan) customers only. Engineers are investigating. There
is currently no information as to when access to service will be
restored. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
