    UW Information Technology is aware of a(n) Audio issue incoming calls
   to Bothell that began at approximately 2:15 pm on 04/07/2023. This is
   affecting UW Bothell customers only. Engineers are investigating. There
   is currently no information as to when access to service will be
   restored. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
